  Whatever you do, don’t hire Smith to do ANY legal work - I hired him to represent me in my divorce, and he screwed everything up. My now ex-wife was having a affair, yet she was allowed to take my 2 youngest kids away, and he just sat there with a blank look, as the judge allowed her to move 200 miles away (the norm is no more than a county away). I ended up being stuck paying for the divorce decree (she filed, so she should have paid). And it dumped all the debt my ex-wife accumulated; it was so bad that within 4 months I was forced into chapter 7 bankruptcy - my bankruptcy lawyer was shocked at the horrible representation Mr. Smith gave. Then months later when I discovered how many lies my ex-wife had told under oath, and she began to refused to follow the Final Divorce Decree I went to Mr. Smith to just ask his advice; even when I sent a check to pre-pay for a advice session, he refused to see me. I’ve spoken to other lawyers, and they all consistently said he failed to properly represent me; and then when he refused to even help point me in the right direction, that just proved he didn’t care to even try to fix the mess he made. I ended up paying him over $34K - it was all the money I had saved from my Army Deployment to Afghanistan (during which my ex-wife had her affair); he took all my combat pay; and then negligent to give me proper representation. Anyone who hires him to do anything, would be a idiot!
